General part
1. Purpose of the event
- Promote running as healthy, environmentally friendly recreation.
- Promote multifunctional forest management, including forests with a strong social role.
- Inspire passion for nature through environmental education for children and youth, and sport on the grounds of Okonek Forest District.
- Promote the natural and recreational values of the Okonek Heathland Nature Reserve.
- Strengthen cooperation between the Forest District, local governments, NGOs and businesses.

4. Date and venue
29 August 2026 (Saturday) — adult races, kids & youth races, and Nordic Walking.
Venue: Okonek Heathland Nature Reserve and adjacent areas. Start/finish at the viewpoint shelter (all races).
5. Mandatory check-out / leaving the course
Participants must check out after finishing or withdrawing: at the finish, at the race office, or by phone with the Organiser — +48 532 453 738. This is a safety requirement; search-and-rescue costs may be claimed where justified.
6. Withdrawal and disqualification
Withdrawals must be reported to the Organiser. Disqualification is possible for rule breaches or safety reasons. Anyone leaving the course must notify the race office / Organiser.
7. Insurance
The Organiser holds third-party liability (OC) insurance. No NNW accident insurance is provided for participants; additional cover is recommended.
8. Protests
Written protests to the Chief Referee within 30 minutes of result announcement. The Chief Referee’s decision is final.
9. Fee refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable, except if the Organiser cancels the event.

11. Other information
- Races take place in all weather.
- Participants must follow officials’ instructions; children must be supervised by a parent/guardian.
- Bib numbers must remain clearly visible on the front; covering or altering them may lead to disqualification.
- Participation requires a health declaration and acceptance of own risk; for minors, the legal guardian registers and consents.
- Timing by Maratończyk Pomiar Czasu.
- The Organiser reserves the right of final interpretation of the rules. Disputes: court competent for the Organiser’s seat.

Start: 10:00 a.m. · capacity: max. 50
Distances
- up to 7 — 100 m
- 8–10 — 400 m
- 11–13 — 400 m
- 14–15 — 800 m
Eligibility
Paid entry and age up to 15 inclusive (birth year 2011 or later). Category by year of birth.
Fee
PLN 45 — online at https://wrzos.run/en/zapisy
Includes bib + chip (non-refundable), recovery meal, T-shirt (size guaranteed only if selected at registration).
Classification & awards
- Up to 7: no competition; parents/guardians may accompany; gift for all.
- Other kids/youth categories: girls/boys; trophies for places 1–3.
- Commemorative medal for all participants.
Registration & packages
- Online only until 6 August 2026; no race-day entries.
- Registration = acceptance of the rules + privacy notice; image consent is separate.
- Package collection: 8:00–9:30 a.m.

Course
Paths in the reserve and adjacent areas:
- 5 km run — one lap
- 10 km run — two laps
- 5 km Nordic Walking — one lap
Eligibility
Paid entry and age from 16 by birth year (birth year 2010 or earlier).
Fee
PLN 90 — online at registration.
Includes bib + chip, recovery meal, water on course, T-shirt (size guaranteed if selected at registration).
